What the what?!  If crazy Twitter rants and a handful of DUIs qualify someone to tackle a career in hip-hop then Amanda Bynes is at least 3 steps ahead of the game.  Yup, you read it right.  Amanda Bynes.  The former Nick star turned tragedy may have a method to her madness.  It seems her outbursts and love of the rap game caught the attention of Chinga Chang label honcho Daniel Herman.  He thinks Miss Bynes is worth taking a risk on.  Can she rap?  Doubtful.  Will it be fun to watch her alcohol-fueled attempt?  Definitely!!
